Is there any setup costs?
We do not charge any setup for our service however BT does lavy a charge on new installation (This is somthing we are agaisnt therefore we only charge you our cost by them).
What is your order process?

Once you have placed an order it will go to our credit team who will run the relevant checks including credit checks.
If the order is approved you will get an email with a link to your contract to sign.
Once this is done and confirmed we would place your oder and within a few hours give you an install date.

Can i move my current phone number to you?
As long as your number is still active then we can. Please ensure you select the “I would like to transfer my number” box on our order form.
What are your invoice terms?
Invoicing is done on a prorata basis and all bills are generated 7 days before they are due.
What payment methords do you offer?
For this product we can only accept ether a Direct Debt or a card with a Continuous Payment Authority.
Can i speak to someone regarding my order at any time?
Once an order is placed a ticket will automaticly be opened. Once a member of staff have picked up the order they will introduce thereself this will be your contact for this order and you can reply to the ticket at anytime. After the order has been processed it will be passed to an account manager who will again introduce there selfs and this will be your direct contact going forward!
Do you offer any other terms e.g 1 month rolling?
We can do other terms which you can select on our order form!
Do i have to use your routers?
If you have an unlocked router you would like to use for your connection with us then we are happy with this however we maynot be able to support you as there are lots of diffrent types and specs of routers. Alternitivly we can supply Unlocked Mikrotik and Technicolor routers which we setup with your connection details for you.
